We are aware that shopping online is a big risk especially cloths, since there are lot of parameters that have to be checked before buying one.

We at Ethnic Couture ensure that all the products sold through our website are 100% genuine products. We do random quality checks before delivering the product.

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Ethnic Couture. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you within 24 hours from the receipt of the delivery and in case we are not able to replace the ordered product, we will offer option to select from any other items or else we may refund you the amount within 15 working days after we receive your account details. The courier charges incurred in returning the damaged / wrong product will be borne by us.

Such request is to be made by getting in touch with us on our mailing address : refunds@ethnicouture.com with your order confirmation no. & date of receipt of the product.

Please make sure to read the product description and other details before confirming the order as we may not entertain replacement after shipping of your product.

However if due to some unforeseen situation you require to return the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

If wrong item or damaged product is delivered then Please return the item within 3 days of confirmation.

Returns would not be accepted for stitched items. If you are getting Garment (Blouse, Lehenga or Sherwani etc.) stitched to your size then return is not possible.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You cannot return the discounted items.

Never send back an item without consulting us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

Ethnic Couture reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Ethnic Couture may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with an intent to injure, defrauds or deceives, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
